Marketing for photographers

Marketing for photographers who’d rather be shooting.

You spend your days making other people look their best. We do the same for you. Our team of photographers and marketers knows your craft. We’ll shoot your portraits and build a portfolio website, then look after your social media and local advertising. Video and design too.

SOUND FAMILIAR?“My work is great. Why isn’t my diary full?”

Great photography doesn’t book itself. Clients have to find you first. Then they have to trust you and remember you. That takes a strong website and regular posting, along with local search and ads that reach people the moment they need a photographer. We handle that so you can get back behind the camera.

We speak your language.

Our team includes working photographers, so we know what you’re up against. There are the quiet months and the price shoppers. There are the clients who can’t see the difference between you and someone with a new camera. We’ll never use stock photos to sell your work, and we’ll handle your images with the same care you took making them.

QUESTIONS PHOTOGRAPHERS ASK

Marketing for photographers, answered.

What is the best way to market a photography business?

Make it easy for the right clients to find you, trust you and book you. Usually that means a portfolio website you own and a well-kept Google Business Profile, with regular social media and ads aimed at people searching for a photographer nearby. We can handle any of it, or all of it.

Do you work with all kinds of photographers?

Yes: wedding, portrait, headshot, family, newborn, commercial, product and event photographers. The plan is shaped around how clients choose a photographer in your field.

How much does marketing for photographers cost?

Stop thinking of marketing as a cost. Once you see it that way, you’ve cut yourself off from a critical arm of your business and turned it into a negative. See it as an opportunity. Better still, see it like this: not marketing is the lost opportunity. A website clients can’t find means hundreds of bookings going to another photographer, and social media that sits quiet for most of the year can’t fill your diary when you need it. We don’t sell off-the-shelf packages. You might want a single portrait shoot or a website, or ongoing social media and ads. After a short conversation, we’ll tell you what will make the biggest difference and give you a clear quote.

Can you help me get more local clients?

Yes. Many photography bookings start with a local search. So we optimise your Google Business Profile and local SEO, then run Google Ads and Facebook ads aimed at people in your area.

Do I need to be based in Lincolnshire?

No. We’re based in Lincolnshire and often travel to meet clients around the UK. Your website and social media can be handled remotely, and so can advertising and design.
