Photography for musicians

Photos as good as your songs.

We shoot press and promo portraits, gigs and album artwork photography, and we make musicians look like themselves on a good night.

SOUND FAMILIAR?“Our only band photo is from three years ago.”

Promoters and playlist curators see your picture before they hear a note. So do journalists and fans. A dated or phone-snapped photo undersells the music. New pictures give every release and gig listing a proper first impression.

YOUR SOUND, IN A PICTURE

Images with atmosphere.

Every shoot is planned around your music and your audience. Lighting and location suit the mood, and so does the styling. At gigs we work around the set and stay out of the way, so you get the night’s energy without the distraction.

QUESTIONS MUSICIANS ASK

Photography for musicians, answered.

What photos does a musician need?

Most artists need press and promo portraits and live photos, plus images for each release. Our guide to press photos for musicians covers it in more detail.

Can you photograph our gig?

Yes. We work with the venue and around your set. We shoot the band and crowd as well as the atmosphere, and send a first selection quickly so you can post while people are still talking.

Can you shoot our album cover?

Yes. Cover shoots are planned around a square frame with room for the title. Our design team can then add the artwork and type.

Where do the shoots take place?

Wherever suits the music. That might be our studio or a location, your rehearsal space or the gig itself.
